Salus Natural Healthcare is a self-pay practice. We are not in-network with any insurance companies; however, we gladly provide you with the superbill to submit to your insurance for
reimbursement. We cannot guarantee that your insurance covers our services.  Payment is expected at the time of the service.

60 min Follow-up:  $210
30 min Follow-up: $125
Short Follow-up 15 min: $65
